Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06#. If EID appears among the identifiers, the device supports eSIM. Also check any restrictions for the exact model and sales region.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install the profile on stable Wi-Fi before your trip, no later than 30 days after purchase. Do not enable its mobile data until arrival.
When does the plan start?
The plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Installing the profile alone does not start it.
Can I keep my main SIM?
Yes. Keep your main SIM for calls and messages, and use the NaSvyazi eSIM for mobile data. Roaming charges on your main SIM depend on your operator.
Do I need to enable data roaming?
Yes, but only for the NaSvyazi eSIM. Disable data roaming on your main SIM unless you need it.
When will I receive the eSIM?

What if installation does not work?
Do not delete an already installed profile. Check Wi-Fi and device compatibility, then contact support with your BOR#### order number.
Can I use a hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the plan, local network and device. It cannot be guaranteed where the partner network restricts it.
Can I add more data?
If top-ups are available, compatible plans will appear on the order page. Data is added to the same eSIM without a new QR code; allowance and validity follow the selected top-up.
What happens to an unused eSIM?
Install the eSIM within 30 days of purchase. If you miss this period, contact support; cancellation and refunds depend on the eSIM's technical status and applicable terms.
